This privacy policy applies to all mobile applications and digital products developed by Emirhan Zengin under the Devastral brand. It describes what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights.
The data controller for this privacy policy is Emirhan Zengin, operating under the Devastral brand. All responsibilities under GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation) and KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698) belong to this person.
This policy covers all mobile applications published by Devastral on the App Store and Google Play, open-source Flutter packages on pub.dev, and web pages under the devastral.tr domain. App-specific details are provided in the "Per-App Data Practices" section below.
Our fundamental approach at Devastral is the minimum-data principle. Most of our apps are designed to function without collecting any personal data. When data is collected, we collect only the minimum required for the app to operate and improve.
Depending on the app, some of the following categories may apply. Each app's specific practices are described in section 6.
Preferences such as language, theme, and sound on/off are stored locally on your device (SharedPreferences / UserDefaults) and are not transmitted to a server. They are deleted when you uninstall the app.
Workout history, game scores, best times and similar progress data are stored only on your device. The app does not transmit them to a server (unless explicitly stated).
Anonymous technical data such as which screens are used and crash reports may be collected. This data does not personally identify you and is used solely to improve the app. Tools used are listed per app in section 6.
Some of our free apps may show ads. Ad networks (e.g. Google AdMob) may use your device's advertising identifier to deliver ads. On iOS, App Tracking Transparency (ATT) consent is requested; no tracking occurs if you decline.
In AI-based apps such as Talenest, text input by the user (e.g. child name, story theme) is processed on the servers of the chosen AI provider (e.g. OpenAI). This data is not stored after content generation completes.
When you contact us via email, your email address and message content are kept until your request is resolved. They are not used for marketing purposes.
JustPlankit runs entirely offline. No personal data is collected or sent to any server. No ads, no subscriptions, no accounts, no tracking.
Stored on device: language preference, theme preference, sound on/off, plank duration / rest / set settings, best time, daily plank records, list of completed programs. Everything stays on your device.
Not collected: name, email, location, contacts, photos, health data, advertising identifier, IP address, analytics SDK output.
An AI-based story generation app for children. Personalization data entered during story creation (child name, theme, character preference) is temporarily processed on the AI provider's servers and is not stored after generation.
Generated stories and audio narration are kept only on your device. Anonymous usage statistics and crash reports may be collected. Account creation is optional; if you create one, your email is stored.
Color-matching puzzle game. Score and progress data are kept only on your device. Ads may be displayed; ad networks may use your device's advertising identifier. ATT consent is requested on iOS. Anonymous analytics and crash reports may be collected.
Reflex-based arcade game. Score data is kept only on your device. Ads may be displayed; ad networks may use your device's advertising identifier. ATT consent is requested on iOS. Anonymous analytics and crash reports may be collected.
blendmask, youtube_captioned_player, flexible_barcode_scanner, flexible_toast, gradient_list_view, app_visibility_manager are developer libraries only and do not collect end-user data. Privacy policies for apps that use these packages are the responsibility of the respective app's developer.
Some of our apps may use third-party SDKs or APIs to provide services. Their own privacy policies apply.
Some of our apps may offer content aimed at children (e.g. Talenest). Design measures are taken so that personal data is not collected directly from children. Parents of children under 13 who believe any data of their child is being processed may contact emirhan@devastral.tr to request its deletion.

Industry-standard technical measures are in place to protect your data: all server communication is TLS-encrypted, sensitive data is also encrypted at rest, and application-level controls guard against unauthorized access. Even so, no method of transmission over the internet is guaranteed to be 100% secure.
This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be announced in-app or on the website. The most current version is always at this URL.
