This notice explains what this website (devastral.tr) collects, why, and what your rights are under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

who is responsible

what is collected
- a random device ID and session ID created in your browser — not your name, email or any account;
- which pages you view, which links you click, how far you scroll and how long you stay;
- browser, operating system, device type, screen size, language, time zone and light/dark preference;
- the site you came from (referrer), campaign tags in the link (UTM) and page loading times;
- error reports if something breaks on the page;
- your IP address and browser information (user agent), recorded by the server that receives this data, for security and abuse prevention.
There are no forms on this site. The text you copy is never recorded — only the fact that something was copied.
why, and on what legal basis
To understand how the site is used, fix errors and keep it secure. The data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f) and your acceptance by using the site.
cookies and browser storage
This site does not set cookies. It uses your browser's local storage, which works in a similar way:
where it goes and how long it is kept
Data is sent to my own logging service (log.devastral.tr). Traffic to that service passes through Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) for delivery and security. The data is not sold, not used for advertising and not shared with anyone else. Records are deleted automatically after 90 days.
Fonts are served from this site; no requests are made to Google or other third parties while you read. If you click a link to the App Store, Google Play, GitHub, LinkedIn or pub.dev, their own privacy policies apply.
your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 you can ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, object to processing and more. Email emirhan@devastral.tr; I will reply within 30 days. Because statistics use a random ID, include that ID if you want a specific record deleted. Clearing your browser data removes the ID from your device.
